SMT special double-layer roller mobile robot

In order to solve the manpower problem, Cubic jointly developed a special double-layer roller AMR for SMT with KUKA, which can exchange the upper and lower magazines at the same time to improve the operating efficiency of the production line. In conjunction with the scheduling system, single-layer or layer-interactive handling settings can also be made, and magazines of different specifications can be shared within the factory, allowing AMR to maximize handling efficiency.

SLAM and QR code hybrid navigation

KUKA provides SLAM 2D radar navigation that adapts to complex on-site environments. In environments that require high-precision positioning, you can switch to QR codes for secondary positioning to improve accuracy.

High safety protection

In addition to lidar, the AGV is equipped with a 3D camera at the front and rear ends of the vehicle, which can meet various horizontal and vertical obstacle avoidance environment requirements.
