It can effectively monitor the wafer box work-in-progress/jigs, etc., to prevent the loss of goods and promptly alert the operator, such as Waiting Timeout, to improve production efficiency, control production progress, and establish production history.
Each storage position is equipped with photoelectric induction and three-color LED indicators, which can light up according to needs, increasing convenience of use and reducing personnel errors. Various shelf sizes and formats can be customized, and can also support robot picking and placing, or can be automatically connected with unmanned handling systems.
