SIMATIC MV540 is the first reader product of the SIMATIC MV500 high-end series. Higher computing power significantly speeds up the reading process, up to 100 readings per second. In addition, due to a more in-depth analysis of image information, the reliability of reading even under difficult conditions can be improved.
High-performance accessories such as lenses (supporting electronic focus) can zoom in within 200 milliseconds. Other accessories include a new built-in ring light that can be flexibly controlled, in which ring light segments can be individually configured. One-button configuration can easily achieve quick installation and startup. The large-capacity working memory (1 GB) also supports the expansion of the AutoTrigger function, which can save costs when installing high-precision mechanical components in the system.
Although SIMATIC MV540 has many innovations, it is compatible with its previous model SIMATIC MV440 in terms of mechanics, programming and interfaces.
