SIMATIC RF200 is a compact RFID system in the SIMATIC RF product family. This product line includes cost-effective HF readers, which are especially suitable for applications in intralogistics and small assembly lines. The SIMATIC RF200 RFID reader only supports the RFID standard ISO 15693 and is therefore dedicated to various transponders. As part of our complete product range of identification systems, SIMATIC RF200 provides compact entry-level systems for applications in the low- to mid-level performance range.
 

Standardized identification tasks (such as reading ID numbers or reading/writing user-defined data) can be performed by RF210R, RF220R, RF240R, RF250R and RF260R readers, which have IO-Link interface models. The SIMATIC RF200 product family has been expanded with the addition of an IO-Link interface model reader that complies with the IO-Link standard V1.1. Compared with the series based on IO-Link standard V1.0, its write/read speed is more than ten times higher.
